Matter Follows Energy

These days, it's vital (and deep practice) not to get caught up in the mass-hallucination of what's gone horribly wrong (and it's a compelling case!) -- and the collective fear, anxiety, and 'ancestral dread' that gets stirred up.

Instead of getting stuck in the 'spin cycle', and going down that drain, we have the opportunity to cultivate and hold a vision of what's possible, what's beautiful, what's abundant and Earth-friendly. We can tap into our deep history and ancestral memory, too, when we were in balance and right-relationship with all that is.

We know that matter follows energy, be it the energy of our beliefs, thoughts, intentions, words, or actions. In this way, our word is magical, acting like a series of 'strange attractors' around which matter organizes itself.

Wherever we allow our thought and energy to focus, or to languish, we'll see that reflected in our experience, or our perception of it. As in martial arts traditions, we strengthen whatever we focus on and give our energy to.

Recently, an energy-practices teacher reminded us that if we don't begin each day with an intentional choice of what energies and Spirit helpers we want to call in and align with, we'll find ourselves calibrating to the predominant thought-stream of the masses.

Then she asked us, pointedly, "And what do you think most people are thinking these days - what do you think the primary energy is focused on? Is that what you want to energize?"

Mother Theresa of Calcutta, not long before her death, also emphasized the 'deep practice' of minding one's word, energy, and focus. When asked if she'd attend an anti-war rally, she said, "No, but when you hold a pro-peace rally I'll be there."

It's a powerful choice, to see what is and to choose to orient towards that which is beautiful, joyful, well, harmonious, loving, in right-relationship, and benefiting all beings. And don't forget the spirit of playfulness and joy - the Trickster and Wild Woman can be divine allies in times such as these, showing us how to combine playfulness with revelation and wise action.

We can cultivate our energy focus, intention, and word-power in our morning and evening rituals, and in small ways throughout the day. While seemingly humble, it's a 'deep practice' and a powerful contribution and service.

These practices and approaches can be used individually or organizationally to release 'unhelpful' stories and patterns, and enliven more vibrant, desirable ones.

To schedule a mentor-coaching session or series to help you weave new practices into your current routine -- and enliven new potentials in your experience -- send us an email for a complimentary initial consultation. We'd be delighted to speak with you!

Sincerely, Jamie Walters, Author, and Founder, Ivy Sea

As you each contribute your specific gifts and talents to the whole, so is each piece of the jigsaw puzzle of life put together forming the perfect whole. What are your specific gifts of talents? Why not share them and cease hiding them away for they are all needed. It does mean that you have to keep your feelers out and see where they fit and what the needs are. Some of you may have many gifts and others of you may feel you have little or nothing to give. This is not so; you all have you unique something to give which no one else can give and that something is needed. It is up to you to find out what it is and give it.

Always expect the very best from everything and everyone. Your positive attitude will help to draw it forth and you will behold marvellous results. When your attitude is right you know that all your needs are being wonderfully met and that all I have is yours. You no longer try to hold on to anything, but have the faith and belief that as each need arises it will be met and that the timing for everything will be perfect. This applies to everything in your lives, not just to certain areas or certain things.

Never at any time limit yourselves or feel that you should not expect too much. Expect only the very best and expect every need to be met, even the most seemingly impossible. See your needs very clearly, voice them and then expect them to be answered. Have complete faith and confidence that these needs will all be met. How this will come about will have to be left in my hands. So let go and see My wonders and glories come about all around you, give eternal thanks, and use everything for the good of the whole at all times. You are not living by human laws but by Divine laws, therefore anything can happen at any time! Expect miracles and see them come about. The law of attraction works throughout the universe.

Let My peace and love infill and enfold each one of you. Be at perfect peace as you do My will and walk in My ways, glorifying Me. Praise be.

Always See The Bright Side of Life

Be willing and open to change and then expand, knowing that every change
will be for the best. Always see the bright side of life: expect only
the very best to come about and see it do so. Never blame anyone else
for the negative state you are in. You are your own master, it is up to
you to reverse a picture and see what is on the other side. Learn to
lift a person or a situation and never allow yourselves to be dragged
down into the depths of despair by anyone else's attitude. You are here
to create peace, harmony, beauty and perfection - in fact all the very
best in life, so get on and do something about it.

Let my peace and love infill and enfold each one of you. Lift up your
hearts in deep love, praise and gratitude for all I am revealing to you.

Opening
