Joan Eleanor Gustafson, founder and president of Success and Leadership Dynamics (SLD), has inspired more than 4,000 audiences through her speeches and presentations. As a business strategist, Joan focuses on her clients' objectives. Her consulting specialties include strategic and tactical planning, leadership development, marketing excellence, change leadership, and strategic outsourcing. Prior to founding SLD, Joan was a member of the Corporate Marketing Operating Committee at 3M, where she held international leadership and management positions for 26 years. Her 3M responsibility included a two-year assignment in Europe, where she lived in Paris and also had an office Brussels. Joan holds a BA degree in Business and an MBA in Management. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and is past-president of the Phoenix chapter of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
