1. I will be a part of an organization that consistently achieves its goals.

2. I will make work simpler and more fulfilling for my team and myself.

3. I will encourage employees to work collaboratively, have fun, react less and be proud of an enterprise that is respected and admired.

4. I will create an environment where everyone's ideas and talents are sought after and respected.

5. I will hire people smarter than me and let them do their jobs.

6. I will consistently ask my team, "How can I help you win?'

7. I will tie rewards to results.

8. I will operate with complete integrity.

9. I will commit time to innovate.

10. I will have the courage to lead and make the tough call.

11. I will make time for myself, family and friends.
