If relationships are a mirror -- and they are -- what are yours reflecting back to you? Whether with people at work (boss, employees, clients), at home, or with yourself and particular areas of your life -- are your relationships hinting at untapped potential for growth, expression, refinement, meaning, creativity, harmony, and artistry? Imagine feeling more relaxed, more grounded, experiencing smoother interactions, more enjoyable relationships.

Experience it for Yourself!

In one way or another, it's all about relationships. At home, with our partners, at work, with work, with ourselves, with Nature, with Life itself, we experience and see ourselves reflected back in and through relationship with 'other'.

And who among us wouldn't really love to be more skillful, to enjoy more graceful, positive, 'to the benefit of all' relationships?

I mean, really; it's a HUGE area of our existence, and one that provides raw material for habitual suffering or absolute bliss (or that simply reflects where we are with either - more on that later!).

If you look back, you'll be able to notice, if you haven't already, a couple of strong themes or patterns running like ribbons through the tapestry of your life. This information is a 'golden thread'; it can tell you a lot.

For me, I've come to see more clearly that how I relate to others in all areas of my life relies a whole lot on how I relate to myself and All that Is.

You know that old saying: Wherever you go, there you are? Or as the wisdom teachers have said for eons, 'as within, so without; transform yourself and you transform your world.'

Our relationships and the issues that arise for us tend to reflect back what's coming from us. I know; that can be a tough one to own, but own it we must if we want to reap the beautiful rewards offered by artful relationship.

And so it is that I've come to a deep appreciation for the art of relationship, or the art of relating. I prefer to call it 'Sacred Relationship', because that's what speaks most to how I've come to see it.

When we begin to release what's in the way of artful relating -- all of those old beliefs, unhelpful habits of thought, and toxic energy patterns that cause us to 'react all over the place' -- we can allow our innate ability to come into a different sort of relationship.

This seemingly simple shift in perspective is truly powerful. It opens up a whole new universe of possibility for how we look at our lives, how we approach our work and the people with whom we work, and so much more.

And with those new eyes and ears we look at our relationship with ourselves, with Life, with the people at work, and with our work itself, in a completely different way.

There's a bit more to it, of course, but that's a start. From there we begin to play with different practices and approaches that really bring it home in ways that we can see, hear, feel -- it changes our experience, from the inside out.

Is there a relationship -- or are there particular relationships -- you'd like to see transformed for the better? It's a great time to make that leap.

It's all about alchemy, energy, engagement, and transforming your experience, from the inside out.

In this case, you apply these approaches to The Art of Relationship, become an Agent of Artful Relationship, and watch your relationships and experience transform.
