Which would you choose, if you had the choice? Lack or prosperity? Fear or faith? Grace and ease, or perpetual struggle? Joyful creativity or uninspired 'grind'?
You know what's miraculous? You do have the choice (and so do I) to shed the old programs, which replay ad-nauseum as the same old issues or problems. Pretty exciting, isn't it?
And here's some pretty cool 'current' news.
It's a powerful time, right about now. It's the Autumn Equinox (or Spring if you're in the Southern Hemisphere), just following a new moon -- potent for seeding new creation. But there's more.
During this time of year, last Friday or Saturday, depending on the traditions, started a 9 or 10 day period considered as something of a potent 'new year' or passage.
With many people from around the world, and multiple traditions, celebrating the possibilities during this time, it's a powerful energy to tune in with for your own 'seed planting,' and releasing the old 'stuff' that's holding you back.
Equinox itself means a portal, a shift from one 'season' to another. Why not make it a powerful portal or passage to a whole new cycle of creativity, joy, prosperity, and abundance?
For example, why not formally declare a passage from a 'season' of lack and scarcity consciousness to a new season of prosperity consciousness?
When we hear 'lack' or 'prosperity', most of us immediately think of money and financial status. Currently, we're witnessing a cycle that suggests a wave of collective lack and struggle.
However, lack and prosperity are much more fundamental, and our consciousness of one or the other affects much more than our financial affairs or the amount of money in our checking accounts at any given moment.
Our lack or prosperity consciousness finds its way into just about every area of our lives, including our relationships, livelihood, overall wellbeing, and yes, money and financial affairs.
Many of us have inherited a rather marked lack or scarcity consciousness -- habits of thought, energy, and action that are ingrained because they've been passed down from generation to generation and reinforced by modern advertising and marketing strategies.
The opportunity exists to re-pattern these old habits and mindsets -- deeply seeded though they may be -- and shift towards a true consciousness of prosperity and abundance, and expansiveness rather than perpetual contraction.
Philosophies like the 'Law of Attraction' speak to part of this -- 'change your thoughts, change your life." Yet a real shift requires that we approach several layers of our being, including but not limited to 'changing our thoughts' (which is a helpful start!). That's why affirmations alone don't work for many people, even though they're a powerful 'tool'.
We also have to get to the underlying energy patterns from which our thoughts arise.
After all, who'd rather be perpetually stuck in cycles of fear and lack than in new experiences with trust, prosperity, joy, creativity, inspiration, and so on? There are a variety of wonderful, effective practices to help us, so why not take the leap?
While such practices become a lifestyle, most people notice positive shifts right away.
So I invite you to 'take a vow' -- re-dedicate yourself to a whole new season, and a whole new cycle, of prosperity consciousness and experience. It's the journey of a thousand miles, but you can start with one step, right now.
And if you want to explore these transformation practices -- to shift from lack to prosperity awareness and experience, and more, individually or for your business or organization?
