Kitchener, ON – December 4, 2007 – With almost 70% of many medium to large companies’ employees reporting to front-line leaders – reality in today’s fast-pace business world is that leader’s have to get up and running. ICE Leadership’s mission is simple – to incorporate ‘boot camp style’ leadership tools, fast-paced deadlines and most of all ‘fun’ to provide leaders in any industry with simple strategies to get their teams focused on the goals and objectives of the mission.
For the past two years, the Mission Critical Leadership program, which was designed by ShaughnessyHowell, has been empowering leaders in many national and international companies, large and small, and is now being offered in other market regions. Clients and leaders from Microsoft, Canadian Tire, GoodLife Fitness, Certified Management Accountants, the Centre for Business Entrepreneurship & Technology, Campbell Soup Company, Ontario Mutual Insurance Association and Wallace & Carey are just a few of the clients who have benefited from this unique leadership development program.
And why shouldn’t it be unique? The founder of ICE Leadership and best-selling author of Hit the Ground Leading!, Angela Mondou, has an incredibly unique background that has taken her from world wide military operations at an Air Force captain, to top ranked high-tech companies, most recently Research In Motion, the creators of BlackBerry.
Stay tuned in 2008, ICE Leadership has expanded the program to incorporate an exciting new dimension – personal leadership assessments for each participant to assess their performance under pressure
