Nothing could be farther from the truth. It's the perfect time to activate or strengthen these 'power tools' of inspiration, creativity, intuition, and 'possibility perception' (versus 'limitation mindset'), and live into an audacious, exciting vision rather than a too-small 'settling'.
Marketing is a great example of how inspired, creative, synchronicity-inviting approaches can work miracles. Many solopreneurs and small-business owners (and others) are challenged these days by marketing in what we all hear are 'tough times' and in a 'tough economy'. Creativity, inspiration, and intuition help open things up, illuminating new horizons.
Vision is another great example. How much do you let outside 'news' shape your vision of what's possible?
Perception and expectation are powerful because they shape not just our attitude and energy, but our openness to inspiration, insight, fresh ideas, and intuitive nudges. So if the 'lens of your perception' is based on limitation, the potentials are constricted and the results or possibilities limited. If your lens is open and inspired, the possibilities, synchronicities, and intuitive nudges increase.
It's a worthy discipline right now to choose the Muse -- inspired, creative, possibility perception -- and release the old, too-limiting habits of thinking. By refusing to get caught up in the whirlwind of negativity and the expectation of failure, you give a blessing and healing gift to the greater collective, and yourself.
