Who you gonna call? Shrinkbusters! Shrink and stocklosses are the scourge of the industry - the black hole that costs millions to control and still sucks millions out your bottom line. The traditional rule of thumb still seems to hold true - 1/3rd customer theft, 1/3rd inside theft and 1/3rd paper or book inefficiencies. The good news is that you can virtually eliminate shrink and stocklosses - but only if you deal with the underlying and fundamental 'problem,' not just the symptoms. Shrinkbusters is a progressive approach that can 'shrink' the black hole very quickly. It is most effective when executed in concert with other facets of our approach however, it works very well and very fast as a stand-alone intervention. We can 'fix' your shrink.
