There is a better way!

The business is operating far below potential. Something is wrong. Every day I see people being disinterested in their work. I have to push, demand, follow up, double check - it’s like pulling teeth to get what I want, and to get it fast and right the first time. I see carelessness, wasted time, effort and materials, and a lack of responsibility. People come into work, do as they’re told, cover their asses, and go home. I don’t see much enthusiasm or initiative, and when I do, it doesn’t seem to last very long and I always end up with the monkey on my back to get things done right. I should turn up the jets, get rid of the dead wood and get moving once and for all! There must be a better way.

We all know that doing more of the same 'stuff' will, in all likelihood, get us more of the same 'stuff.' Of course we know that. So then why do you do more of the same 'stuff?' You need 'the right stuff' and the right execution to make a difference.
