Big Vision, Small Business by Jamie S. Walters, is a very thought provoking book that celebrates the art and power of small. It is a must read for every entrepreneur and small business owner. It is also very large! It provides invaluable insight for every CEO and corporate executive on issues of personal success, satisfaction, balance, authenticity, integrity, values, business growth and what is truly meaningful and important. In 2001, I had the opportunity to review the original hardcover edition of Jamie's book and we featured it as the absolute best of the year for The CEO Refresher. Since then, Big Vision, Small Business was published in a revised and expanded paperback edition by Berrett-Koehler Publishers, and it's even more powerful in its inspiration and insight. Based on our criteria of mindfulness, relevance and inspiration we also continue to feature it as one of the best business books of all time! Many books offer timeless wisdom and I believe there is a much broader audience today that could benefit from the comfort and inspiration that Big Vision, Small Business provides.
